You will work independently in a fast-paced workshop, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with customers to manage expectations.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience as a body repair master or similar role.
• Expert knowledge of automotive bodywork, welding, panel beating, and painting processes.
• Experience with common vehicle models from various manufacturers.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of basic math skills such as measurements and calculations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complicated issues.
• Excellent communication skills to manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Preferred qualifications: Indian nationality or familiarity with English language is preferred but not essential.
