Job summary

UrbanForm Developments in Ajman is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our automotive repair shop. You will repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies, including straightening frames, replacing panels, welding and painting, with a strong emphasis on precision.

The position requires at least five years of hands-on experience, ability to read manuals and diagrams, and teamwork with good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Master in an automotive repair shop.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams.
• Proficient in welding, frame straightening, panel replacement, and painting techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs
• Straighten frames and align body panels
• Replace damaged panels and parts
• Welding and repairing metal components
• Prep vehicles for painting by sanding priming and masking
• Paint vehicles using proper techniques and materials
• Ensure quality control of all repairs
