Job summary

PeopleStrong in Dubai is seeking an experienced Audit Lead to plan and execute ISO 9001 and industry audits across project processes and subcontractors.

The role focuses on driving QMS compliance with international standards, managing NCRs, mentoring inspectors, and reporting KPIs to senior management, with 10–20+ years in Oil & Gas, EPC, or civil construction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Management).
• Certifications: Certified IRCA or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, with additional credentials like ASQ or CSWIP often preferred.
• Experience: Typically 10 to 20+ years of cumulative quality control and assurance experience, heavily weighted in sectors like Oil & Gas, EPC, or major civil construction.

• Audit Execution: Plan and lead ISO 9001 or industry-specific quality audits to evaluate project processes and subcontractor performance.
• QMS Compliance: Ensure alignment with international standards like ASTM, ISO, and API.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identify defects, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior inspectors and report critical quality KPIs to senior management.
