Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CIA, CAMS, CPA, or ACCA credentials are a distinct advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity (real estate sector background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE AML regulations and regulatory compliance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute full-scope internal audit plans, compliance reviews, and operational risk assessments.
• Formulate, update, and enforce corporate governance, risk management, and internal control policies.
• Oversee strict compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks, real estate guidelines, and AML standards.
• Identify operational vulnerabilities, conduct process audits, and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, present key findings, and recommend corrective actions to executive management.
• Supervise, train, and mentor the internal audit and compliance team.
