PulseHire HR Middle East is recruiting a Senior Audiologist for a leading UAE healthcare provider. The role spans diagnostic audiology, hearing rehabilitation and balance/hearing support in a modern, quality-driven environment serving a diverse international patient population.

You'll work with ENT consultants and rehabilitation teams, conduct comprehensive assessments, fitting and follow-up of hearing devices, and contribute to governance, training and patient safety, with relocation and DHA

Qualifications

• Recognised degree or master's qualification in Audiology.
• Professional audiology registration from home country where applicable.
• Experience with diagnostic audiology, hearing assessment and hearing aid fitting.
• Paediatric audiology / vestibular testing experience preferred.
• Eligibility for UAE professional licensing through DHA / DOH / MOH.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive adult and paediatric hearing assessments using appropriate audiometric test batteries.
• Perform pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, otoacoustic emissions and other diagnostic hearing assessments.
• Provide hearing aid evaluation, selection, fitting, verification, counselling and follow-up care.
• Support tinnitus management, balance screening and vestibular assessments.
• Assess and manage patients with hearing loss, auditory disorders and communication-related hearing needs.
• Provide paediatric audiology services including hearing screening, assessment and follow-up where applicable.
• Collaborate with ENT consultants, speech therapists, paediatricians and rehabilitation teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on hearing loss, hearing aid use, device care, communication strategies and long-term hearing management.
• Maintain equipment calibration awareness, accurate clinical documentation, infection control and quality standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its diagnostic audiology, hearing rehabilitation and balance/hearing support services and is seeking a highly skilled Senior Audiologist to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced ENT consultants, audiologists, speech therapists, paediatricians, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
