Job summary

PulseHire HR is seeking a Senior Audiologist for a leading UAE healthcare provider to advance diagnostic audiology, hearing rehabilitation and balance/hearing services in a modern, quality-driven environment.

The role targets internationally trained audiologists who value multidisciplinary teamwork, patient-centered communication, and adherence to international healthcare standards in a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgement with commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive adult and paediatric hearing assessments using audiometric test batteries.
• Perform pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, otoacoustic emissions and other diagnostic tests.
• Provide hearing aid evaluation, selection, fitting, verification, counselling and follow-up care.
• Support tinnitus management, balance screening and vestibular assessments.
• Assess and manage patients with hearing loss, auditory disorders and communication-related needs.
• Provide paediatric audiology services including screening, assessment and follow-up.
• Collaborate with ENT consultants, speech therapists, paediatricians and rehab teams for care plans.
• Educate patients and families on hearing loss, devices and strategies.
• Maintain equipment calibration, documentation, infection control and quality standards.
