Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asset management or property management.
• Experience of working on a project and contributing during the design phase.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L of each project and provide direction for business plans.
• Develop strategic management plans including budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with internal and external parties regarding property management.

Skills

Knowledge of Computer Aided Facilities and Property Management systems

Ability to analyze financial reports

Excellent people skills

Good business development skills

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration

Master’s degree (preferred)

Tools

Property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI)
