Job summary

Abu Dhabi Investment Company seeks an Asset Allocation Associate Principal to join the Long-Term Asset Allocation team. You will support macroeconomic research, asset allocation analysis, and portfolio construction to guide strategic investment decisions across a globally diversified portfolio.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in asset allocation, investment strategy, macroeconomic research, portfolio construction, investment consulting, or a related investment function.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
CFA designation and/or postgraduate qualification preferred.
Good understanding of macroeconomics and its implications for financial markets and investment portfolios.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development and maintenance of long-term macroeconomic outlooks, investment scenarios, and market narratives.
Conduct research on secular trends and asset class developments, assessing implications for strategic asset allocation.
Support development of forward-looking return, risk, and correlation assumptions across public and private markets.
Assist in design, analysis, and stress testing of strategic asset allocation frameworks and portfolio construction methodologies.
Prepare investment research, presentations, and memoranda, communicating insights to stakeholders and supporting strategic initiatives.
Undertake ad hoc research and quantitative analysis to support asset allocation and broader investment strategy decisions.
