A leading healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager/Senior Architect to lead hospital construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of architectural experience, including substantial work in healthcare projects, expertise in DHA and MOH regulations, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• 10+ years’ architectural experience, including 5+ years in UAE hospital/healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare planning and clinical workflows.
• Currently based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design teams.
• Act as the client-facing lead for design approvals.
• Oversee the entire design cycle for healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders.
• Review and approve drawings and contractor submittals.
• Support construction stages through inspections.
• Manage close-out activities and authority approvals.
