The ideal candidate will have over five years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, and strong communication skills. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, preparing detailed inspection reports, and ensuring compliance with building standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of architectural elements.
• Perform rigorous testing of materials and construction methods.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
• Execute comprehensive final site inspections.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Monitor construction progress and identify potential issues.
• Verify compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates.
• Mentor and train junior inspectors.
