Job summary

Fast Building Cont is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design processes and deliver detailed plans for complex projects in Dubai. You will drive innovative and sustainable solutions aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, licensure as a Registered Architect, and at least 7 years of proven project delivery experience in reputable firms. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp is essential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure as a Registered Architect or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a reputable architectural firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications using advanced software.
• Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies evaluating risks and environmental impacts.
