A Bachelor degree in Architecture and 12+ years of experience, including extensive tower projects in Dubai/UAE, are essential. The incumbent will lead design and construction management activities and ensure program success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are met.
• Deliver Design and Construction Management services to the client post contract award.
• Manage and direct development and maintenance of project schedules across all phases.
• Ensure compliance with KEO internal processes and procedures.
• Provide leadership in procuring large design and build projects.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, people management and business acumen.
• Exhibit effective verbal and written communication to stakeholders.
