Job summary

Redfish Solutions in Dubai invites a Senior Architect to lead concept design for landmark mixed-use and high-rise schemes. You will translate client briefs into bold, buildable designs and guide multidisciplinary teams from concept through to on-site delivery.

Job Description / Role:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Architect to join a leading architectural practice based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a concept-driven designer with a strong portfolio of large-scale projects to shape landmark developments across the region, from initial idea through to delivery on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design of mixed-use, high-rise and commercial projects from concept through to completion
• Drive concept design development, translating client briefs and site context into bold, innovative and buildable design solutions
• Apply parametric and computational design workflows to explore form, optimise performance and rationalise complex geometry
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary design teams, including structural, MEP, façade and landscape consultants
• Oversee the preparation of design packages, detailed drawings, specifications and presentations across all project stages
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, Dubai Municipality requirements and relevant international codes and standards
• Manage project programmes, deliverables and design quality, working closely with project directors
• Mentor and support junior and intermediate architects, fostering a collaborative and creative studio environment
• Liaise directly with clients, authorities, contractors and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery

Experience Required:

• Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in architecture, with a strong focus on mixed-use, high-rise and commercial developments
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual design capability and delivered large-scale projects
• Previous GCC experience, ideally in Dubai, with a good understanding of local authority approval processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Education Qualifications: International chartership such as RIBA or AIA is preferred

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with parametric and computational design tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo or similar
• Working knowledge of rendering and visualisation tools (e.g. SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray or similar)
• Strong understanding of building codes, façade systems, vertical transportation and technical detailing for high-rise construction
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
