Job Responsibilities :

• Lead architectural design and development for large-scale projects, ensuring quality, creativity, and compliance with client requirements.
• Utilize BIM tools (e.g., Revit) for design coordination, modeling, and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver design solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and presentation materials.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and BIM modelers within the team.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, details, and design submissions.
• Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards, codes, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to achieve integrated project solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project presentations.

Key Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Architect, preferably in design consultancy.

Strong BIM experience (Revit and other modeling tools).

Proven experience on large-scale UAE projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use).

Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Knowledge of UAE planning and construction regulations.

Experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams.
