You will sit at the heart of the design studio, driving projects from first idea through to built reality.

You will lead with concept, mentor a team, and collaborate closely with consultants to deliver exceptional, refined architectural narratives for ultra-luxury

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience in high-end residential architecture, ideally ultra-luxury private villas.
• Professional qualification in Architecture.
• Strong concept-driven portfolio showing clear architectural authorship and originality.
• Exceptional creative ability to propose bold ideas with refinement.
• Advanced spatial planning with understanding of scale, proportion, light and materiality.
• Excellent 3D modelling capability with SketchUp essential and strong visual communication.
• Natural design leader capable of elevating studio standards.
• Interior design experience is advantageous, but role is fundamentally architectural.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural concept and design direction for ultra-luxury private residences from inception.
• Generate bold, intelligent responses rooted in site, climate, context, and client narrative.
• Develop massing strategies, façade concepts, volumetric studies and spatial sequences.
• Drive architectural storytelling with visuals, models and presentations.
• Produce and oversee concept and developed design packages preserving the original vision.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP and consultants to integrate technical requirements.
• Mentor and inspire junior team members, raising design standards.
• Present design concepts confidently to private clients and stakeholders.
• Work with interior design to ensure architectural cohesion when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural concept and design direction for ultra-luxury private residences from inception.
• Generate bold, intelligent architectural responses rooted in site, climate, context, and client narrative.
• Develop strong massing strategies, façade concepts, volumetric studies, and spatial sequences that demonstrate clarity and authorship.
• Drive architectural storytelling - translating ideas into compelling visuals, models, and presentations.
• Produce and oversee concept and developed design packages, ensuring the original architectural vision is protected throughout.
• Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to integrate technical requirements without diluting design intent.
• Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of high creative standards.
