Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural and interior design, with hands-on experience managing multi-use, commercial, residential, and interior fit-out projects in Dubai. This role requires proficiency in design software, strong project management capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of local government approvals and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, functionality, and compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Develop detailed architectural and interior drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
• Create innovative interior concepts that align with the overall architectural vision and client brand identity.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution across architectural and interior design scopes.
• Manage government approvals, licensing procedures, and coordination with authorities such as Dubai Municipality and Trakhees.
• Oversee project progress from design development through handover, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and interior designers, fostering design consistency and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in architectural design, project execution, and interior design in Dubai.
• Proven experience handling Dubai Municipality approvals and First Class licensing procedures.
• Documented experience certificates from Dubai-based projects, preferably approved by Dubai Municipality.
• Registration with Dubai Municipality and Trakhees systems is highly desirable.

Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, and interior visualization tools.
• Strong ability to prepare detailed construction and interior drawings, and coordinate effectively with contractors and consultants.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning for both architectural and interior design projects.
• Solid project management skills, including tracking government approvals and permits.
• Knowledge of multi-use, commercial, and residential building design.
