Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 12-15 years of experience in contracting environments.
• Experience with high-end residential or branded residence projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs for completeness and buildability.
• Coordinate architectural details with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Liaise with consultants and clients for design clarifications and approvals.
• Ensure site works align with approved drawings and project specs.
• Support on-site teams with technical guidance and resolve architectural issues.
• Monitor progress and contribute to timely project delivery with quality.
• Assist in managing variations, design changes, and as-built documentation.

Job Description

As A Senior Architect, you will work closely with the Project Manager, engineering teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure that design intent is fully coordinated and properly implemented on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure completeness and buildability.
• Coordinating architectural details with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
• Preparing and reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Liaising with consultants and clients for design clarifications and approvals.
• Ensuring site works are executed in line with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Supporting site teams with technical guidance and resolving architectural issues during construction.

• Assisting in managing variations, design changes, and as-built documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within contracting environment in the UAE.
