RTX in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to strengthen anticorruption controls and oversee third-party due diligence across global operations. You will analyze risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead training to ensure a robust compliance program.

The role requires coordinating with legal, procurement, and business units, and guiding leadership on ethical decision-making within the enterprise. Fluency in English and Arabic is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with extensive relevant background.
• Experience in corporate risk management including internal audit supply chain or ethics/compliance.
• Knowledge of FCPA and international anticorruption laws and regulations.
• Experience presenting to leadership on anticorruption program progress.
• Ability to collaborate with peers across functions to support best-practices.

Responsabilités

• Champion anticorruption compliance and third-party due diligence processes.
• Conduct and document risk analyses for high-risk third parties and mitigation plans.
• Lead reviews of deviations and engage senior staff to improve compliance.
• Develop and deliver up-to-date anticorruption training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with global business operations and stakeholders to advance program execution.
• Provide ongoing ethics/compliance guidance to leadership on program improvements.
