Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks a senior analyst to join our wealth and asset management team, supporting investment structuring, fund launches, and governance across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with senior management, boards, regulators, and fund administrators.

The role covers the full lifecycle of investment vehicles, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and a strong emphasis on analytical rigor, ownership, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CFA, ACA, ACCA or similar qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring, launch, and management of investment vehicles and deals.
• Coordinate fund documentation with legal counsel, fund admins, and advisers.
• Oversee ongoing operations of investment structures: financing, distributions.
• Review and coordinate legal, regulatory, and operational docs.
• Liaise with regulators, counsel, administrators, and stakeholders.
• Support transaction execution and investor documentation.
• Coordinate board meetings and governance activities across entities.
• Prepare board materials, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Support governance and strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Review financial statements, audits, budgets, and fee collections.
• Monitor fund performance, cash flows, and operating expenses.
• Support audit processes and ongoing financial reporting.
