Job summary

Farrelly Mitchell, a global management consultancy focused on food and agribusiness, seeks a Senior Analyst or Consultant to join its Middle East team in Dubai. You will own workstreams end-to-end, conduct primary and secondary research, and develop client-ready recommendations for boards and investment committees.

The role requires 2–4 years in management or strategy consulting, strong communication, and comfort with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce client-ready output.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced project environment with multiple priorities.
• Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, internally and on the client side.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned workstreams, coordinating internal team members, external experts and client stakeholders
• Run primary and secondary research including expert workshops, stakeholder interviews and data analysis
• Build, review and interpret financial models and business cases for feasibility assessments and investment decisions
• Produce client-ready PowerPoint material that is insight led, visually strong and meets top-tier consulting standards
• Hold relationships with client stakeholders through the course of a mandate
• Lead workshops, interviews and sections of client presentations
• Structure findings into a clear storyline with evidence behind every conclusion
• Contribute to proposals, pitches and client conversations
• Build sector knowledge and thought leadership that strengthens our position in the market
