Job summary

Wusool Capital in Dubai is seeking a Senior Analyst to support deal origination and execution across sell-side and buy-side mandates.

You will source SME opportunities, manage relationships through the deal lifecycle, prepare teasers and information memoranda, build financial models, and coordinate with legal, financial, and tax advisors. UAE market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in audit, investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in using AI tools to accelerate research, modeling, and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Source new SME opportunities through outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
• Manage relationships with business owners and stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Prepare teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and data rooms.
• Support due diligence and coordinate with legal, financial, and tax advisors.
• Draft and review transaction documents (NDAs, engagement letters, term sheets).
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity.
