Job summary

Pulsar Capital in Dubai seeks a Senior Analyst to lead capital formation and inorganic growth for portfolio companies, coordinating growth equity, debt, and structured rounds. You’ll drive data rooms and manage investor processes through to close, while aligning with founders and operating teams.

With 4–6 years in top-tier financial services, you’ll craft integrated models, translate portfolios into compelling narratives, and own deal timelines.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in investment banking, private equity, VC, or transaction advisory, or high-end diligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Raise capital for portfolio companies via growth equity, venture debt, and structured rounds; build models and data rooms, manage investor processes to close.
• Execute M&A: source targets, run valuation and diligence, coordinate advisors across jurisdictions, drive deals to signing.
• Own portfolio company corporate development: work with operating teams to achieve CD goals.
• Create integrated operating models, DCFs, scenario and synergy analyses for board decision-making.
• Engage directly with founders, co-investors, lenders, and senior leadership from day one.
