The ideal candidate holds a 10+ year background in IT support or financial crime systems, with strong data mapping analysis and cross-functional collaboration across compliance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in IT technical support, DB administration, or financial crime systems.
• Expert Oracle SQL/PLSQL, data analysis, reconciliation.
• Proven L2/L3 AML platform support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for AML transaction-monitoring and risk platforms.
• Monitor daily batch cycles, data feeds, alerts, case management, and database jobs.
• Investigate production incidents, perform RCA, implement corrective actions, maintain docs.
• Ensure high availability, data completeness, and SLA adherence for AML platforms.
• Analyze source-to-target data mappings for customer, account, transaction, KYC, risk, and alert data.
• Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL queries, reconciliation scripts, data-quality checks.
• Execute controlled data fixes and data-patching per governance standards.
• Troubleshoot ETL pipelines, file transfers, APIs, and integration bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with compliance analysts, risk managers, and IT teams.
