Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai seeks an experienced AI Quality Assurance professional to implement acceptance testing, UX guidelines, and model validation frameworks across the AI portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE/Data Science or related field.
• 6+ years in AI/ML QA, software acceptance testing, or model validation (8+ years with a Bachelor's).
• Professional certification in software testing (ISTQB Advanced Level) or ISO 9001 / CMMI.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain risk-based quality requirements for AI solutions, including traceability, explainability, fairness, privacy, security, safety, and reliability.
• Establish quality standards and control points across AI model lifecycle stages from development to post-launch operations.
• Review AI solution designs from quality and compliance perspectives with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and document AI compliance/audit requirements with regulatory bodies.
• Develop and update AI quality policies, standards, and specifications to reflect regulatory changes.
• Execute UAT for AI solutions, validating functionality, performance, and user experience before production.
• Apply AI QA frameworks including model validation, verification, and accuracy testing with defined thresholds.
• Pre-launch technical verification and ensure complete technical documentation.
