Job summary

Talent Arabia is seeking an experienced AI Quality & Reliability Engineer (QA/SRE) to validate AI platforms, automate performance testing, and enforce SRE standards in the UAE. You will design automated tests, run load tests, monitor systems, and drive incident management in collaboration with ML engineers and DevOps.

The role requires a strong background in test automation, SRE, and AI/ML testing, with immediate availability and relocation support to the UAE if needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
5+ years in software QA, SRE, and test automation.
Hands-on testing of AI/ML applications and LLM integrations.
Proficient in Python and test automation frameworks.
Experience with SRE principles, observability, and incident management.

Responsibilities

Design and implement QA and test automation for AI/ML platforms.
Lead SRE initiatives including availability monitoring and incident response.
Conduct load, performance, latency, and stress testing of AI workloads.
Evaluate AI model outputs, accuracy, and resilience under heavy load.
Configure monitoring telemetry and automate CI/CD quality gates.
