Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Maturity & Readiness Consultant for a 6-month contract role in Dubai. You will assess client capabilities, develop strategic roadmaps, and prepare organizations for AI adoption and scaling.

You will guide governance, ethics and AI readiness, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and run workshops to build client understanding of AI technologies and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI strategy or AI consulting.
• Proven AI maturity assessment and readiness framework development.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, data management, and AI ethics.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage engagements independently within a 6-month contract.
• Analytical and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities
