Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a Senior AI Process Consultant in the UAE to architect AI/ML-based process solutions and lead AI-driven operational transformation across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and other process industries. The role bridges deep process-operations credibility with modern AI, governance, and business outcomes, guiding pilots to scale.

You will collaborate with the Digital Enterprise Business Unit to build capabilities, accelerate growth in the YMA region, and travel as required to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical Engineering preferred, with 15+ years of industrial process experience.
• Minimum 4 years of AI/ML leadership in industrial settings; knowledge of AI for process control is a plus.
• Strong foundation in AI/ML methods and governance; experience with model lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform high level technical analysis leveraging AI/ML and Digital Twin to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Define solution architectures and detailed design specifications for AI solutions.
• Define functional requirements via client interviews and process mapping.
• Estimate effort for implementing AI solutions with technical judgment.
• Develop business cases and support AI portfolio management and demonstrations.
• Engage with customers to align AI/ML solutions with expectations and growth.
