Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a senior AI/ML leader to drive design, development and deployment of advanced models in challenging industrial environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and optimize asset performance across maintenance strategies.

The role focuses on scalable AI/ML solutions that integrate with DCS, PLC, SCADA, Historians, MES/MOM and SAP, expanding into new asset developments and brownfield projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science / AI or Software engineering with specialization in data science.
• Masters degree preferable.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development and implementation of advanced AI/ML models with cross-functional teams.
• Design and develop AI/ML models for asset performance management across maintenance strategies.
• Implement analytical AI techniques for predictive maintenance and asset strategy optimization.
• Use AI/ML to analyze trends, make intelligent recommendations and automate decision support systems.
• Develop intelligent recommendations systems to improve maintenance processes and reliability analytics.
• Ensure AI models are scalable and deployable within industrial platforms (DCS, PLC, SCADA, Historians, MES/MOM, SAP).
• Oversee expansion of AI/ML solutions into new asset developments and brownfield projects.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers and software developers.
