Job summary

Dell Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead AI infrastructure transformations, driving architecture, roadmaps, and value realization for enterprise clients in a multi-cloud setting.

You will mentor senior consultants, run executive workshops, and deliver executive narratives to de-risk investments while guiding delivery teams on large-scale AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of cloud/data architecture and enterprise integration.
• Ability to translate complex signals into clear recommendations.
• Strong facilitation and influence skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience synthesizing cross-industry or multi-cloud landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive workshops and deep dives; frame options and recommendations.
• Lead reference architectures, migration strategies, and operating models.
• Produce executive-ready narratives and value cases; guide delivery teams.
• Mentor senior consultants and contribute to methods and templates.
