Job summary

Reqiva in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a hybrid team in Dubai Internet City. The role focuses on building, deploying, and maintaining AI-enabled software in production, with 4 days onsite and a monthly salary of AED 30,000–40,000.

You will work across backend services, LLM integrations and distributed systems, owning features from development through deployment, observability and ongoing improvement in cloud/Kubernetes environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python and/or Golang in production AI/LLM apps.
• Experience deploying AI workloads in cloud/Kubernetes environments.
• Knowledge of observability, testing and production reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-powered features, backend services and APIs.
• Develop production LLM integrations, RAG and agent/tool-use workflows.
• Work on context management, model routing and practical AI evaluation.
• Build reliable asynchronous and distributed systems.
• Improve performance, reliability, responsiveness and operating cost.
• Deploy and operate AI workloads within cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Use modern AI coding agents and automation to improve engineering productivity.
• Take ownership of features from development through production.
