Job summary

TEN-XER is seeking a senior data architect to design and manage scalable AI and data architectures powering enterprise-grade applications in Dubai. You will lead data modeling, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust data ecosystems that enable AI initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in data architecture and AI, strong cloud and data warehousing expertise, and proven leadership in complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in data architecture and AI-related roles.
• Certifications such as CDMP or AWS Certified Data Analytics are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in leading complex AI and data architecture projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure AI and data architectures to support enterprise needs.
• Lead the development of data models, data standards, and data processes within the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data architecture solutions.
• Oversee the integration of complex data sources to create data ecosystems that support AI applications.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to data engineers, data scientists, and other relevant team members.
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and platforms to optimize AI and data functionalities.
• Ensure the robustness, accuracy, security, and efficiency of data processes and AI models.
• Work cross-functionally to support the organization in leveraging data-driven decision-making.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and data architecture and incorporate them into strategic planning.
