Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced engineer to lead AI/Agent systems development in Abu Dhabi with relocation. You will design orchestration engines, wrap internal systems as MCP servers, and drive full lifecycle tooling from Spec to monitoring. Strong Go/Python, LLM API, and prompt engineering skills are required.

You will own efficiency metrics, work with multi-agent collaboration, and ensure compliance and cost-awareness in financial contexts, across a global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/SE or related field.
• 6+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years focused on AI/Agent systems.
• Proficient in Go or Python; production-grade system design.

Responsibilities

• Agent SDK Runtime — design and implement orchestration engine and core primitives.
• MCP Matrix Expansion — wrap internal systems as MCP servers/sub-agents/agent skills.
• Agent Development Lifecycle — build toolchains spanning Spec→Eval→Build→Test→A/B→Canary→Monitoring→Iteration.
• End-to-End Ownership of Effectiveness Cost — optimize accuracy, resolution rate, cost, and latency.
