Job summary

HireOn is seeking a Senior GenAI Architect to lead agentic AI initiatives from a remote base in the UAE or KSA. Design and implement multi-agent systems, integrate with APIs and data stores, and mentor distributed engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in software and AI, 3+ years building LLM-based apps, and hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, and vector databases. You will work with senior stakeholders across regions to deliver enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of software engineering and AI/ML experience.
• 3+ years of practical experience in LLM-based application development.
• Proven track record delivering Agentic AI systems beyond basic chat interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using modern LLМ frameworks.
• Architect multi-agent systems for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and external SaaS.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Optimize performance, context retention, tool usage, and cost efficiency.
• Build reusable pipelines and modules for GenAI use cases at scale.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, privacy, and compliance in deployments.
• Collaborate directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
