People Recruit Limited is seeking a Senior Technician to support aero engine MRO activities in a regulated maintenance environment. The role involves performing inspection, disassembly, assembly and documentation in line with approved data, regulatory expectations and safety standards.

Minimum requirements include an associate vocational or technical qualification in Aviation/Aeronautical Engineering MRO, D2 level authorisation, and at least 3 years of experience in technical aviation or MRO.

Formación

• Associate vocational or technical qualification in Aviation Aeronautical Engineering MRO or a related field.
• D2 level authorisation or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in technical aviation or MRO.

Responsabilidades

• Perform engine disassembly, assembly and inspection activities according to approved technical documentation.
• Follow work instructions, route cards and engineering drawings; elevate disparities when identified.
• Complete assigned tasks aligned with production schedules and quality requirements.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism and safe working practices at all times.
• Participate in team briefings, toolbox talks and safety discussions.
• Report non-conformances or unsafe practices promptly.
• Provide basic guidance to junior technicians under supervision.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used correctly; identify shortages or malfunctions.
• Support workplace organisation and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure tasks are completed within expected timelines and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in digital systems such as SAP or Q-Pulse.
• Support compliance with quality management systems and participate in audits or investigations when required.
