Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Dubai is looking for a Senior Coordinator – Administration. The candidate will support all administrative services and document control duties for Fitout Construction projects. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential. The contract is for 12 months, renewable.

We are looking to hire a Senior Coordinator – Administration who will be responsible for supporting all administration services, document control duties, and coordination of activities, mainly related to Fitout Construction and other portfolio projects for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This will be for a 12-month renewable contract.

The role sits within the Strategy and Planning Department – Group Support Unit and reports directly to the Office Manager – Group Strategy & Development.

Key responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day management, planning, organizing, and providing all administrative functions for Fitout Construction and portfolio projects.
  • Manage and control project documentation including Work Orders, Change Requests, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, handover/closeout reports, and payment/invoicing documents.
  • Draft Work Orders and Change Requests, collate information from different sources, ensure accuracy, and seek necessary approvals.
  • Maintain Fitout master tracker and other project trackers; produce accurate status reports for management.
  • Provide backup support to colleagues handling Fitout and portfolio project administration as needed.
Knowledge, skills & experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administration, document control, or project support.
  • Document Controller course or certification is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Availability

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within 30 days after accepting the offer.
