A leading consultancy firm in Dubai is looking for a Senior Coordinator – Administration. The candidate will support all administrative services and document control duties for Fitout Construction projects. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential. The contract is for 12 months, renewable.
We are looking to hire a Senior Coordinator – Administration who will be responsible for supporting all administration services, document control duties, and coordination of activities, mainly related to Fitout Construction and other portfolio projects for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This will be for a 12-month renewable contract.
The role sits within the Strategy and Planning Department – Group Support Unit and reports directly to the Office Manager – Group Strategy & Development.
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within 30 days after accepting the offer.
