Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Reconcile account balances and bank statements.
• Prepare journal entries accurately and timely.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely payments.
• Identify cost savings or process improvements.
• Manage payroll calculations, deductions and withholdings.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Respond to inquiries about financial records or procedures.
