Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Dubai is looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee financial reporting, audit coordination, and compliance for their operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting within the hospitality sector and be a Chartered Accountant. This role also requires a deep understanding of IFRS and the ability to manage complex financial processes effectively.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant post qualification experience in financial reporting, audit, or compliance roles.
• Deep understanding of IFRS (mandatory) and Ind-AS (preferred).
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial reporting for hotel investment entity and holding companies.
• Coordinate annual external audit and tax reporting processes.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure accurate execution of payment instructions.
• Oversee VAT, Corporate Tax, and other regulatory filings.
