Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Monitor budget and expenses, identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
• Prepare financial reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Manage tax filing process and liaise with external auditors as needed.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.
