Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing, with a strong understanding of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, VAT filings, and other statutory requirements.
• Support annual audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Analyze financial data and provide management with insights for budgeting and forecasting.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Assist in developing and improving financial policies and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA/ACCA qualification is an advantage).
• Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local compliance standards.
• Proficient in accounting software (TALLY).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
