Job summary

Titan Lithium seeks a seasoned finance professional to manage accounting and financial reporting in a manufacturing setting in the UAE. The role emphasizes ensuring GAAP-compliant statements, leading month-end close, and delivering strategic insights from detailed variance analysis.

You will identify trends, provide management with actionable recommendations, and oversee AP/AR with a focus on cash flow optimization. 5–7 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable for advanced financial acumen.
• CPA/CMA/CFA/IFRS or ACCA certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements for decision support.
• Lead the month-end close process.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis.
