Job summary

Prosek Partners seeks a Senior Account Executive to join its Abu Dhabi office. The SAE will lead on accounts, manage client counsel, and oversee junior team members while building strong journalist relationships and guiding strategic communications.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in PR/communications, bilingual English/Arabic, and a solid track record in media relations, pitching, and writing across press materials. This role supports hybrid work with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant communications or public relations experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong media relations skills and knowledge of the regional media landscape.
• Ability to produce polished, client-ready work.
• Strong project management and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on accounts with day-to-day client counsel and junior team oversight.
• Develop and manage editorial calendars, media target lists and award calendars.
• Create press materials: releases, fact sheets, bylines and blog posts.
• Oversee campaign reporting and communicate results to clients.
• Maintain relationships with journalists covering client industries.
