Career Raiser seeks a Senior Accessory Buyer in Dubai to drive ROI for the Merchandise Division. You will manage markups, margins and inventory turns while collaborating with the Planner on quarterly and monthly plans.

Strong vendor negotiation and trend pursuit will help differentiate our assortment. Ideal candidates have a business degree, 3+ years in retail buying, mens buying experience, and excellent organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• College degree in a business-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a retail buying role.
• Mens buying experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Computer literate and proficient communicator.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ROI for the Merchandise Division.
• Operate within plan objectives for mark-ups, margins and turns.
• Develop departmental strategy with Planner on a quarterly calendar.
• Review and revise department plans monthly with Planner.
• Develop store strategies with Planner for product mixes and timing.
• Search and negotiate the best deals to stay competitive.
• Pursue new vendors, concepts and trends to differentiate us.
• Manage flow of merchandise to maximize turnover.
