Job summary

Global Software Solutions Group is seeking a Senior 3D Illustrator to join the UAE bank's digital product team in Dubai. You will create high‑end 3D illustrations for onboarding flows, explainers, and campaign visuals, embedding in a cross‑functional Squad with PMs, engineers and designers.

Your portfolio should demonstrate senior level Cinema4D mastery, attention to detail, and a strong craft ethic. Familiarity with Agile squads and motion-capable tools is a plus.

We're excited to be hiring a Senior 3D Illustrator to join the Digital product organization of a leading bank in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented 3D illustrator to make a real impact, working within a collaborative Squad and shaping how millions of customers experience digital banking through beautiful, meaningful visual storytelling.

About the Role

Youll bring digital banking experiences to life through stunning 3D illustration work, from onboarding journeys and feature explainers to campaign visuals and in-app storytelling moments. Youll be embedded in a Squad alongside talented product managers, engineers, and designers, working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where your creative input genuinely shapes the product.

What Youll Do

• Design and produce beautiful, senior level 3D illustrations for digital banking products
• Bring product and brand ideas to life through polished, detail rich visual storytelling
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers as a valued member of a Squad
• Take part in sprint ceremonies, design reviews, and creative feedback sessions
• Help build and elevate a growing library of illustration assets used across the product
• Share your ideas and design thinking with stakeholders across product and technology

What Were Looking For

• Strong, senior level proficiency in Cinema4D
• A portfolio youre proud to show, showcasing your best 3D illustration work
• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for craft
• Solid experience working within Agile methodology, ideally inside Squads with product and technology teams
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast moving, iterative environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech, especially within large organizations
• Familiarity with render engines like Redshift or Octane
• Experience bringing illustrations to life through motion, using tools like After Effects
