Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a skilled 3D Designer to transform briefs into production-ready designs for live events, exhibitions, and brand activations in the UAE. The role blends architecture, spatial design and 3D visualization to deliver technically feasible event environments.

You will produce photorealistic renders, develop floor plans and elevations, and ensure designs are practical for fabrication and installation at various venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, 3d Design or a related discipline.
• Proven professional experience as a 3d Designer, Event Designer, Architect, Spatial Designer or Exhibition Designer.
• Experience with UI/UX.
• Experience designing for live events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences, festivals or temporary event environments.
• Experience working with creative agencies, experiential agencies, production companies or event organisers would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop original 3D concepts and spatial designs for live events, brand experiences, exhibitions, conferences, product launches and temporary installations.
• Translate briefs and client requirements into engaging event environments.
• Design stages, exhibition stands, activation zones, VIP areas and branded installations.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, walkthroughs and visuals.
• Create floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections and technical drawings for production.
• Ensure concepts are buildable and suitable for the venue and audience.
• Consider visitor flow, accessibility, sightlines, functionality and guest experience.

Industry: Live Events, Experiential Design and Brand Activations

About the Role

To support the creative and technical development of live events, experiential environments, exhibitions, brand activations and temporary installations.

The successful candidate will transform creative briefs and initial concepts into visually compelling, technically feasible and production-ready designs. The role requires a strong combination of creativity, architectural understanding, 3D visualisation and practical knowledge of how event environments are fabricated, installed and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original 3D concepts and spatial designs for live events, brand experiences, exhibitions, conferences, product launches and temporary installations.
• Translate creative briefs, brand guidelines and client requirements into engaging and functional event environments.
• Design stages, entrances, exhibition stands, activation zones, VIP areas, hospitality spaces, media areas, scenic elements and branded installations.
• Produce high-quality 3d models, photorealistic renders, walkthroughs and presentation-ready visuals.
• Develop accurate floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections and other architectural or technical drawings required for production.
• Ensure that all creative concepts are practical, buildable and suitable for the proposed venue, audience and event format.
• Consider visitor movement, spatial planning, accessibility, sightlines, functionality and the overall guest experience when developing designs.
• Other tasks related to the role as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, 3d Design or a related discipline.
• Proven professional experience as a 3d Designer, Event Designer, Architect, Spatial Designer or Exhibition Designer.
• Skilled and with actual experience in UI/UX
• Previous experience designing for live events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences, festivals or temporary event environments is essential.
• Experience working with creative agencies, experiential agencies, production companies or event organisers would be highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

Candidates should be highly proficient in a combination of the following software:

• 3ds Max
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• Rhino
• V-Ray
• Adobe Illustrator
• Unreal Engine or other visualisation software would be an advantage

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Must have relevant experience in events, exhibitions, activations or experiential environments.
• Must provide a professional portfolio containing relevant 3d event designs, renders and technical drawings.
