Job summary

International Schools Partnership in Dubai is seeking a dedicated educator to plan and deliver lessons, maintain records, and collaborate with the psychology team to support students. The role emphasizes safeguarding and teamwork within a dynamic school community.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology (Master’s preferred) with at least two years of education experience. Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
• Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
• Maintain the grade book up to date and enter grades by deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.
• Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.
• Attend institutional workshops and parent meetings.
