Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or recognised qualification in Special Educational Needs.
• Ability to support pupils with varied academic, physical and behavioural needs.
• Willingness to collaborate with teachers, therapists and inclusion professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group support throughout the school day.
• Help pupils participate fully in lessons and school activities.
• Implement individual education programmes linked to each student's IEP goals.
• Monitor pupils' progress, attainment and participation.
• Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists and other specialists.
