Job summary

RAI in Abu Dhabi seeks a qualified audit professional to lead audit strategy development and client relationship management. You will contribute to engagement planning, produce high-quality deliverables, and draft precise reports while upholding professional standards in IFRS. Strong English communication is essential, Arabic preferred.

The role requires at least 3 years in a Big 4 firm and a relevant accounting degree, with ongoing professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/ICAEW) encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
• Undertaking of CA/CPA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent.
• Minimum experience at least 3 years with a Big 4 auditing firm.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts and IFRS.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the preparation of audit strategy and business plans.
• Promotes team environment by building and maintaining rapport with fellow employees.
• Assume responsibility for small components of engagements and contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
• Produces deliverables that are clear, concise, thorough, and of professional quality and are completed in a timely manner.
• Draft reports that are concise and accurate.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes and systems.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
