Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Security System Specialist to oversee the delivery, maintenance, and optimization of CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, and VMS across the UAE. You will conduct site surveys, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with local authorities.

The role requires hands-on experience with IP-based security systems, design reviews, and technical reporting, with an emphasis on reliability, analytics, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar security system role
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and VMS systems
• Ability to review technical drawings and comply with UAE authority requirements (ADMCC, SIRA, Police/CID)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver, maintain, and optimize physical security systems across ADIB locations
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate with contractors and vendors
• Provide on-site and remote technical support during project execution, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Review layouts, schematics, and network designs to ADIB standards
• Monitor system health and report KPIs and system performance
