Job summary

Mercure Hotel Suites & Apartments, Barsha Heights Dubai is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead hotel security operations and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. The role requires overseeing surveillance, incident response, and team leadership in a luxury hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in high-end security, with a valid SIRA certification and strong leadership and communication skills. First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced security professionals with a background in luxury hotels who are capable of leading security operations and ensuring a safe environment for guests, employees, and hotel facilities.

Responsible for supervising security activities, managing surveillance operations, supporting compliance standards, and leading the security team according to international hospitality safety practices.
