• Protect and safeguard all hotel and residences guests, employees, and guests’ belongings, ensuring a top‑level experience.
• Supervise daily activities of security personnel, ensuring services exceed guest and resident expectations and maintain safety at all times.
• Manage accident and fire alarm responses, ensuring compliance with local laws and company standards.

• Previous hotel operations experience is an advantage.
